I was making one of the most famous philippine dessert, the mangoe float 

 

There were four main ingredients in making mangoe float. (mangoe , nestle cream , condense milk , cracker)

 

The ingredients were easy to found and making it was also easy and i have tried it.

 

In a big bowl, mix 5 cream and 2 condense milk.

 

it was my 1st time to see the cream. it was sticky.

 

Condense milk was sticker and sweetier than the cream.

 

Mix it together and put it aside .

 

let the bowl dry

 

arrange the crackers in the bowl, and don't make empty space.fill the bowl with crackers.

 

pour the mixed cream and condense milk above the crackers.

 

In putting the mixed cream and milk make sure that your're not using it too much

 

just enough to cover the crackers.

 

and then put the sliced mangoes on the top

 

 

If you put many sliced mangoe on top it would be more delicious.

 

it's possible that you slice mangoes thinner

 

if you want to make another mangoe float. just repeat the same procedure

 

If you can see some spaces in the bowl. Just put crackers in it.

 

If you have enough time put some crashed crackers on top

 

If you're done making it refrigerate it for 2-4 hours.

 

As what you can see with the finished product.

 

The mixed cream and condense milk was absorbed by the crackers.

 

The mangoe looks like a jam. It is similar with cake if you eat it you can really say "This is really delicious"

 

if you want to eat it by yourself, you can use a small bowl ans little ingredients to make a mangoe float.
